Latics stars play for their countries

Latics manager Steve Bruce faces an anxious wait as his international stars jet back to England following yesterday's round of games.

Here's how they all got on!

MARLON KING (pictured right) scored his 7th goal in 13 international games, a beautiful curling shot, as Jamaica drew 2-2 in Kingston with Trinidad and Tobago, who equalised in the 90th minute.

JASON KOUMAS played 84 minutes in Wales' 2-0 victory in Luxembourg, setting up the first of Freddie Eastwood's brace of goals. David Cotterill, currently on loan at Sheffield United, was a late substitute.

ANTONIO VALENCIA played the full 90 minutes as Ecuador beat Haiti 3-1 in Latacunga.

WILSON PALACIOS and MAYNOR FIGUEROA both played as Honduras beat Colombia 2-1 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, coming off in the 76th and 77th minute respectively.

EMMERSON BOYCE played 62 minutes on his international debut for Barbados in Bridgetown, as they beat Dominica 1-0 in a World Cup pre-Qualifier. They now face the United States in June.

MARIO MELCHIOT was an unused substitute in Vienna as Holland beat Austria in a 4-3 thriller.

ERIK HAGEN travelled with the Norwegian team as they lost 3-1 to Montenegro in Podgorica, but did not feature
