Wigan Athletic make the trip to Edinburgh today for their final domestic pre-season friendly with Hibs, and Steve Bruce is expected play close to what will be his first choice side come the opening day.
This will be Hibernian's final warm up game before their season starts for real for them at Rugby Park on Saturday against Kilmarnock. Latics have a final date with Utrecht in Holland.
ZAK ATTACK: Zaki scores 90th min. winner against Owls
Last time out, Latics managed a last miunte win over Sheffield Wedensday with new signing Amr Zaki priving the last minute twist.
Speaking after that win at Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, assistant boss Eric Black told Latics World Hibs will provide another big test.
"I'm looking forward it, I know a lot of people up there and I know they'll give us a good game.
"We're getting close to the start of the season now so we'll be looking to put out what we think will be the starting eleven when we kick off at Upton Park on August 16th."
Hibs have not managed a win so far in pre-season, most recently losing 3-2 to Gareth Southgate's Middlesbrough, Steven Fletcher Scoring Hibs' two goals. Their pre-season diary also included a home game with Barcelona, a game whic drew a crowd of 23,000, who saw Hibs beaten 6-0.
