BARS MANAGER

Responsible for the management of all hospitality bars within the stadium, duties include stock management, cash handling, staff rotas, staff training and bar hygiene

All applicants must hold a personal licence and have the minimum of three years experience in a similar roll within a multi bar operation. Preferably with relevant NVQ qualifications.

The package is negotiable depending on experience

ASSISTANT BARS MANAGER

Reporting to the bars manager you will assist in the operation of our hospitality bars duties will include cash handling, stock management and staff supervision.

All applicants must hold a personal licence and have the minimum of two years experience within a bar operation, relevant NVQ qualifications would be preferable but are not essential.

The package is negotiable depending on experience.

LOTTO SELLERS

Wigan Atheltic are looking for sellers for the new LATICS LOTTO project, which has started this season.  You would be needed for every home home fixture two hours prior to kick off to sell Lotto tickets around the JJB Stadium.  You will then be able to gain entry to watch the game, as well as 10% commission on your ticket sales.  Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.

Commis Chef / Trainee

Required to work with the banqueting team at the JJB Stadium. You would be required to work five days out of seven on a rota basis, according to the weekly business, including evenings and weekends. Straight shifts only. The banqueting team provide hospitality for WWRL and WAFC match days and all non match day events such as weddings, party night's etc

Excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career, further training can be offered where necessary.

Kitchen Porters

This is a part time position, required to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis. Previous experience preferred however full training will be provided. Bar Staff (18+) - Required to work on a casual basis, evenings, and weekends, for WAFC & WRLFC match days, as well as other internal events, such as party nights, weddings etc. Previous experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Crowd/Car Park Stewards - required to work for both WAFC & WRLFC home games, Training will be given as statute. Waiting on staff - Required to work on a Casual basis in the Hospitality lounges at the stadium, providing plated food service, room set up and cleanliness of work areas and equipment. Table Waiters - Providing a personal drinks service to guests from their table, must have a confident personality, and a steady hand.
